About the bug where users cannot fight Yellow Wind Sage normally in co-op mode

Steps followed

I followed the normal game progression and completed the prerequisite tasks leading to the final boss — Yellow Wind Sage.

Expected result

I expected:

After entering the boss arena, the preceding cutscene would trigger and I could engage in combat with the boss.

Actual result

I got:

The preceding combat cutscene and subsequent boss fight interaction did not trigger.

Extra notes

It is worth noting that this bug can be resolved by manually switching chapters or restarting the game. However, some players still encounter this bug when reaching the Yellow Wind Sage’s arena for the first time. After extended observation, I have also found that other bosses with preceding combat cutscenes can trigger the same bug.

This seems to be a different issue then the one with idle bosses, as in that case the cutscene would always trigger. I tried to reproduce it on the same environment (production co-op, Honk Kong server), but the cutscene and subsequential fight always worked as intended. This leads me to believe the bug is caused by Firewall/severe packet loss.
